The Legal Interception System is a state-of-the-art solution, providing Law Enforcement Agencies the power to monitor entire telecommunications in the combined network of a set of telecom operators. The system provides for recording of entire call-content as well as call-related data for a target phone number on any network. Along with audio recording of the entire call, it makes possible the determination of numbers to which the target is making calls, numbers from which the target is receiving calls, numbers to which the target is diverting his calls as well as numbers which participate in a conference call. The system is also capable of tracking the location information of the target in real time.

   
    Voice Mail System
   
 

 

VMS allows subscribers to enable callers to leave voice messages in case they are not available. It takes advantage of the inter-carrier call termination charges (IUC), thus increasing revenues by call completion. The Voicemail service offering contains all the features that today's subscribers are comfortable and familiar with, and can easily be upgraded to include additional features, making tiered service offerings feasible and simple to deploy. User interfaces can be easily customized so that subscribers can be transparently transitioned to a new platform without feature disruption.

  Color Ring Back Tone
   
    Color Ring Back Tone Service allows mobile subscribers to replace traditional ring back tones with a personalized sound file. That personalized tone can be a hit pop song, a recorded message or even a joke, etc. Specific tones can be assigned to certain callers and caller groups.
     
    Call Screening
     
    It enables restricting of unsolicited incoming calls for a subscriber. It provides the subscribers with the control in phone privacy and security.
     
    Auto Attendant IVR
     
   

Auto Attendant automatically answers and routes all incoming calls to the correct destination. The auto attendant provides callers with information in a customized greeting, and then allows them to either dial the extension of the person they are calling or access the dial-by-name directory. The auto-attendant feature also allows for scripting to access frequently requested numbers, such as Sales, Customer Support, Billing, etc. With the flexibility of a web-interface, a fully customized IVR tree can be created, prompts can be recorded and updated in multiple languages, and default attributes can be selected for multiple Auto Attendants within each system.

Its features include: Call Flow/Recording Administration, Administrator Capabilities like Multi-level hierarchical menu architectures, Multiple phone numbers can be directed to each auto-attendant, etc, Schedule-based Menus and Actions Dial by Name, etc which are the prime enablers of the service.
